For most TV addicts the name Vishal Singh conjures up images of a love-struck teenager in the very popular sitcom Dekh Bhai Dekh. He is now playing this part in real life. Vishal Singh is grinning from ear to ear and has a very content air about him. But why? The guy confesses that it’s because he is in love. Though he does not wish to reveal the girl’s name he shares details of the relationship and his new show, Aathvaan Vachan.

“I’m hooked but not booked. I’m in a serious relationship which has just started. I don’t know when we will get married but its better that I don’t talk much about it. I don’t like to discuss my private life in front of the media,” says Vishal.

Continuing to talk about his girl he says, “She is not from this industry so there is no need to talk about her. I can only tell you that we are still discovering each other and our relationship too.”

“In a relationship women are always in control. Now I can understand them more easily. I think that controlling men is in their blood. It’s difficult to know how they control your life so easily without you knowing about it,” he says.

Talking about Aathvaan Vachan he says, “I’m a very loving hubby and a simple guy in the show. While taking the marriage pheres he takes an oath to take care of his wife and her mentally challenged sister. It’s a different role and I’m enjoying my stint.”

Will you do the same in real life too? “Well definitely if something similar happens I will take Aathvaan Vachan for the girl whom I’m getting married and see to it that she is always happy. It’s my duty and responsibility,” he quips.

“Being in relationship changes your world and it’s such a good feeling,” concludes the actor.

Is Aathvaan Vachan a precursor to the real one?
