Vikas Sethi, who plays Rajdeep Malhotra in Zee TV’s Hamari Betiyoon Ka Vivaah has been replaced by Sanjeet Bedi. Apparently, Vikas left the show as he didn’t have enough dates.

Producer Siddharth Malhotra, (Cinevistaas) says, “We didn’t want him to leave but we were left with no option but to replace him with Sanjeet Bedi. Both the channel and we tried hard to convince him but Vikas maintained that he didn’t have enough dates.”

Did Vikas honour his current contract? Siddharth replies, “Now that’s an altogether different issue, one which I wouldn’t like to talk on.’

Despite repeated attempts, Vikas Sethi remained unavailable for comment.

Sanjeet Bedi says, “It’s been a week since I’ve joined Vivaah and I’m glad to be part of this show.”
